How to effectively resolve the growing medical disputes,and maintain the healthy functioning of the physician-patient relationship is commonly faced by many extraterritorial countries and regions.The United States,Germany,France and Japan and other countries have created a distinctive third-party mediation mechanism for medical disputes,and played an important role in practice.Attaching great importance to the role of the industry and professional organizations,guaranteeing smooth operation of the third-party mediation mechanism for medical disputes with sound legal system,ensuring the effect of third-party mediation through sound medical liability insurance system is the consistent practice of these countries.
