Abstract
The system foundation of our country's farmland finance is the separation of the ownership and usage right of the farmland,and gives the law position of the farmland usage right.On this foundation,with the security and capitalization of the farmland usage right,we can enrich the financial product of farmland,promote the mechanism construction of the farmland financial market,and make the participant of the farmland finance acquiring more channel in money preparing and property management.
