Abstract
The enantioselective hydrolysis of glycidyl butyrate catalyzed by lipase was carried out The optimal reaction system was screened out It was found that n hexane could improve the enzymatic resolution and the optimal volume ratio of n hexane and phosphate buffer (pH 7 6;ionic strength:0 03 mmol/L) was 1∶1 Under the optimal conditions, R glycidyl butyrate with 93 3%ee was prepared and the hydrolysis degree of racemic glycidyl butyrate was 60 6%
