In administrative litigation that the defendant has the burden of proof is stipulated in the Administrative Litigation Law of P.R.C while plaintiff doesn't need to supply evidence.The judicial interpretation from the People's Supreme Court explicates that plaintiffs need to supply evidence.This article analyses the sharing of the responsibility of supplying evidence in administrative litigation.
