Abstract
This paper summarizes some methods on wind-inducing response of tensile membrane structuere. The improvement is put forward on the basis of general analysis and is illuminated by the example. The wind pressure time domain function is brought by the linear superposition of the average and the pulsation wind pressure. This method not only makes the wind load applied change along with the time, but also makes the load applied fluctuate according to the static wind pressure. The results deduced in this paper may be used as reference for membrane structures.
