Corrosion of Gas and Impurities on Pipe Walls and Its prevention Measures

Abstract

Gas contains a variety of corrosive impurities in the transportation and use of the process,so will cause some degree of corrosion in the inner wall of the gas pipeline and equipment.In this paper,the corrosion mechanism was analyzed from acidic chemical corrosion,electrochemical corrosion,wear and stress corrosion,and measures were put forward to prevent the corrosion.
