Abstract

the popularization of education in developing countries,whose population accounts for 4/5 of the world,impacts the process of the world EFA,while the biggest problem for most developing countries is girls' education.The developing countries have been devoting to the economic development and the revitalization of education after their independence,especially,since the conference on education for all plan held by nine populous nations in 1993,great progress has been made in popularizing education.However,because of the differences in history,culture and economy,the problems vary in the development of EFA,among which,African and southern-east regions are lagging behind in particular.
