Abstract

Objective To compare the analgesia effect and advantage of lornoxican and tramadol with Patient Control Intravenous Analgesia (PCIA). Methods 100 cases of cholecystectomy patient were divided into group A and group B in ASAI-II . 44~56 mg lornoxican and 5 mg droperidol in group A and 1000~1200 mg tramadol and 5 mg droperidol in group B were used in PCIA. The data of 4, 8, 12, 24, 48, and 72 h after operation was observed. Results There was no difference in analgesia effect between two groups with stable signs. But side effect was less in group A than that in group B. Conclusion Lornoxican as substitute of tramadol could reach same analgesia effect and less side effect than tramadol.
