Researches into Key Management in Secure Multicasting

The management and distribution of KEY in multicasting applications is becoming a focus problem.In this paper,the author introduces and analyzes several mechanisms of KEY management about secure multicasting,and points out that the issue of KEY management is complex and there are no regular methods to manage and control the KEY in multicasting applications,therefore,one secure management mode in practical application will base on its selfcharacteristic and scale accordingly.The basic investigation in this paper will be groundwork for secure multicasting applications in multimedia communication network.
