Abstract

Taking library of Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology as the example,this paper introduces the purchasing and construction of the electronic resources.Then the article analyzes that the subject librarian,the index and citation checking service,the original article delivery,and the training of users have an immediate effect on the development of the university.
