Abstract
In his work On Capital,Karl Marx systematically illustrates his thought of the development of human beings.He considers communism as 'social form whose basic principle is the full and free development of each individual',based on which,he then analyses the realizing conditions of the development of human beings in an all round way:the development of working is the perpectual natural premesis of the development of human beings;the elimination of old—fashioned distribution is the most direct social premesis of the realizing of the development of human beings;the development of productive force is the material basis of the development of human beings;scientific revolution is the necessary condition of the development of human beings;the reform of social relations is the social basis of the development of human beings.
