Abstract

The means of variation rhetoric of sentence pattern in modern poems prove in such main aspects as ellipsis, conversion, repetition, condensation, and disunity between the sentence outside and inside. The practical uses of rhetoric means, purposes and results, in the meanwhile, have a feature, which is different from the daily language and classic language. The study shows that the practical uses of sentence pattern in modern poems are flexible and have a close relation with rhetoric.
