Abstract
This paper employs a supergame model to indicate that product differentiation can increase cartel stability aiming at the intuition that product differentiation makes cartel maintaining more difficult.Furthermore,this paper gives traditional cartel a new meaning,which hopes firms can establish coalition with new meaning in order to surpass price competition and advance their international competitive power.
