Study on Humanities Education of Higher Vocational College Students

Higher vocational colleges should deliver high-quality, high-skilled graduates for local economical construction. But the students' quality structure is not very desirable at present. It is mainly shown in the lack of the humanistic quality, which not only affects their social competitiveness, but also influences the sustainable development of the colleges. Therefore,improving the students' humanistic quality has become a very urgent task for the vocational colleges. This article analyzes the reasons for the lack of the vocational students' humanistic accomplishment from three aspects, that is, the colleges, the teachers and the students. It also puts forward some suggestions to enhance students' humanistic accomplishment from the teaching, the teachers and campus culture.
