Through theoretical analysis,this paper deduced the crosswind overturning safety calculation method of railway vehicles based on wind speed,wind angle,service track conditions,vehicle speed,and vehicle parameters,which provides a reference for the crosswind overturning safety calculation of railway vehicles.
