The Enlightenment of Finland Forestry Administration to the Forest Resources Management in Collective Forest Area in China

According to the analysis of the official forestry management organizations,forest owners' associations and forestry management ideas in Finland,we summed up some experiences and practices of Finland forest management to meet the requirement of forest owners,the forest owners' organization and scientific research service production.Three suggestions are given on how to strengthen the forest resources management of collective forest area in China:(1) Strengthening the close cooperation between forest management organizations and science technology service departments;(2) Encouraging the establishment of forest farmers' cooperative organizations;(3) Strengthening the research and extension of practical technologies.
