Abstract
Pathogenicity of Fusarium graminearum,8 isolates from wheat diseases head,11 isolates from corn diseased stalk was studied. With single flowers drip and stalk injection methods, the interactive inoculation of Fusarium graminearum on the healthy wheat and maize plants was tested. All tested strains were able to infect plants interactively. But the pathogenicity of the two pathogen,Fusarium graminearum were significantly different. As the wheat scab and maizen stalk rot were soil-borne diseases, diseased survival was primary infectious pathogen of cross-infection host. So,wheat head blight and maize stalk rot will become more serious in wheat and maize rotation area of China.
