Investigation of variety of woody plants in Yanta campus of Shaanxi Normal University

We have studied and distinguished woody plant resource in Yatan campus of Shaanxi Normal University through investigation.The results show that there are 98 species woody plants(containing variations and planting breeds) belonging to 67 genera and 39 families,and that ecosystem of the campus based on plant diversity is benign but diversity of some genera await to be improved because of the imbalance of populations numbers.From the study,we believe that data management pool for plant resource should be established to show the its cultural meaning of college campus.
