Abstract
While China is becoming the world base of production, Chinese enterprises are also quickening their development of internationalization during the course of economic globalization. So it is a key issue for the present Chinese enterprises to figure out what international strategy should be taken. This thesis, based on the academic statement about the internationalization of relative enterprises, analyses the international characters and facing problems of our domestic enterprises, and puts forward a corresponding strategic system for their internationalization according to the systemic theory.
