Design of New Predistorter Used in RF Power Amplifier

Abstract

Predistortion is one of the main techniques for power amplifier linearization.Because the traditional predistortion can not eliminate its two-tone fundamental frequency output,a new predistortion method to improve the RF power amplifier nonlinear distortion is proposed.The simulation results show that the method can significantly improve the third-order intermodulation nonlinear distortion of RF power amplifiers.
