On the Mechanism of Suburbanization of China Metropolitans——Also Comparison with American Suburbanization in the Era of New Economy

Faced with new economy and globalization,both typical and new economy elements fuel the process of suburbanization in China metropolitan,new economy factors play more and more important role in suburbanization of China metropolitans.Based on comparison between American suburbanization and suburbanization in China,the paper argue that pull force of the suburbanization in China metropolitans shows strength,which has given rise of accelerated trend of suburbanization of China metropolitan,and suggests that government should be aware of this trend and take some corresponding measures to deal with the problems,which have appeared already.
