Abstract
There are many factors drawing audit risk.First,this paper discusses the audit risk conception and current situation.And then,it analyzes the causes that offset the audit risk from the aspects of basic cause,direct cause,and indirect cause.At last,it puts forward countermeasures to control the audit risk effectively.
