Socialist Economy System: Design and evolution

Like any other economy systems, socialist economy system is also a result of interactions between the elite′s system designing and natural development. Economy development strategy has strong influences on the formation of economy system in developing socialist countries. All the experiences, from Karl Marx to market orientation reform in China today, illustrates that the elite′s system designing is important, but there should be some room left for the spontaneous forces within the designed framework.
