The change and the clinical importance of testosterone、 endorphin and endothelin in plasma with heroin addicts.

Objectives To investigate the chinical importance and change of testosterone,endorphin and endothelin in plasma with heroin daddicts.Methods Testosterone.Endorphin and Endothelin were determined by means of RIA in 40 pationts with heroin addicts,and compared with normal group.Results The levels of Testosterone and Endorphin in plasma with heroin addicts were oboiously lower than those in normal group and Endothelin higher.Conclusions Measurment of the serum Testongerone,Endorphin and Endothelin may serve as important evidence of diagnosis and therapy of heron addicts.
