Abstract
To improve the current efficiency of the paper chart,the article adopts a new manner.It implements the isochronous production of paper chart and digital chart by building symbol warehouse,developing the system based on ArcInfo and dealing with the chart database.To sum up,the technique can avoid repetitive work,overlong cycle and the difference between digital chart and paper-chart.
