Research on the Path of Enhancing the Scientific Level of Party Branch Construction in Universities in the New Period

In the new stage of the reform deepening,the strict disciplines becomes necessary for the Party to govern the country,thus the scientific building of the Party has the deep connotation.The party branch building in universities must be aligned with the new requirement of running the Party strictly and be consistent with its inherent attributes and responsibilities so as to constantly coordinate the ideological and systematic construction of the Party more scientifically.Specifically,in order to build the Party branch more scientifically,universities should enhance the Party organization building of the branch learning,thereby facilitating the Party's ideology construction,and improve Party's system as well as executive capacity to meet the requirement of governing the Party systematically,then keep the advancement of Party members and Party organization in strengthening the construction of service-oriented Party organization.
