Abstract
Objective:To compare nitrogen content,effective parts for nourishing yin and minor elements of tortoise shell at different growth age.Methods:The original animal of tortoise shell was identified by character analysis.After that,preparing the samples of tortoise shell at different growth ages,and determining the contents of nitrogen content,effective parts for nourishing yin and minor elements.Results:the contents of Zn,Mn,Cu in 75 months of tortoise shell were higher than that in 25 months.Conclusion:The produce of tortoise shell should set the growth age of original animals.
