Abstract
Wetland is a influence and response region of global change because of its unique water-heat effect and greenhouse gas metabolic process.With the population growth and technical progress,wetland ecosystem is one of the most severe ecosystems being destroyed by human activities.The main cause that resulted in the wetland loss was Agriculture drainage and reclamation Wetland ecosystem is an important carbon pool in the world and the carbon stored in which accounts for 15% of the total terrestrial carbon storage.Carbon cycle model of wetland has been changed by land-use,greenhouse gas emission is increased which exert a profound and lasting influence upon global change.Some researches show that wetland restoration and reconstruction are helpful to carbon accumulation and GHG reduction.
