Abstract
This paper describes a machine interlock and protection system used for accelerators based on EPICS (Experimental physics and industrial control system). The system is composed of a front-end computer and an FM-3R logic controller PLC. The alarm signal is passed by the hardware directly, and would be deal with PLC. The reporting, recording and analyst of the event are accomplished by EPICS control software. And PLC is linked to the EPICS by Internet.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
