Abstract
[Objective]A rapid method of determining Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca and Mg in hair using Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry was established.[Methods]The sample was dissolved with a drier then analysed used FAAS.[Results]The relative standard deviation was 1.2%-6.2% and the recovery rate of the sample was 86.2%-104%.[Conclusion]The method is simple, rapid and accurate for the determination of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca and Mg in hair.
