Abstract

The effects of treatments of growth regulators PuDaling and Legumier(600times)at different concentrations were studied on the physiological, biochemical characteristics of leaves and fruit quality of 6-years-old‘Red Globe'plants. The results showed that with the increasing of the concentrations of PuDaling, the activity of SOD and POD increased firstly and then reduced,MDA content reduced firstly and then enhanced. The maximum activity of SOD and POD in the leaves was found in the combined treatments with PuDaling at 200times and Legumier at 600times,were higher by 35.03% and 45.28% than CK, MDA content was lower by 32.18%than CK.The combinated treatments with PuDaling at 200times and Legumier at 600times had the maximum length, diameter, spike weight, grain weight, soluble solid content of fruit, which increased by 14.84%,10.19%,34.91%,16.54%and 20.25%than CK.The treatments also had the lowest acid content, reducing by 23.44%than CK.
