Abstract
The paper illustrates the definition of urban culture and its characteristics,analyzes the requirements of the forest urban construction,explores the relationship between the urban culture and forest urban construction,and points out some construction methods of the urban culture in the process of the forest urban construction in Luohe city,so as to enhance the development of the economy and society,to speed up the process of the forest city construction.
