Urban Civilization:the Foundation of Rule of Law of the Western European in Middle Ages

The study for European civilization ruled by law becomes a custom of jurisprudential circle.When the camera is focused on the Western Europe and time is settled in the Middle Ages,we will find that the earliest civilization ruled by law emerged in the Western Europe in middle ages.And through investigating the diverse factors we can draw a conclusion that the emerging of rule of law has a continued relation with the development models of West European urban civilization.
