Abstract
The numerical analysis of the inner flow field through a mixed-flow fan was conducted on the basis of fluent.As a result,many complex phenomena have been captured such as pressure distributions and velocity fields,and the interaction between diffuser and impeller,which leads to the asymmetry of the flow field,has also been proved numerically.In addition,the important feature of the flow inside the impeller has been predicted clearly based on the research.It can be concluded that the results are very important and available for investigating the efficiency,improving the aerofoil and others.
