Abstract
The booting program of embedded system is required to be customized with the system hardware configuration.Unlike other chips,AT91RM9200 is distinguished with specific features of stage I and stage II two booting processes. On the basis of the detailed analysis of the performance course of AT91RM9200 and the composing of bootloader, this paper discusses the design scheme of the booting program that serves the embedded operation system μC/OS-II.The operating steps and obtaining course of bootloader are also covered in this paper.
