Abstract
Objective: To study the delivery way of the re-pregnant woman after caesarean birth. Method: A total of 272 cases of pregnant women in our hospital, who had ever been practiced caesarean birth operation, were analyzed. Result: Among them, 165 cases adopted the vaginal pilot delivery with successful rate being 78.2% ,and 107cases selected the caesarean birth once more. Conclusion: Caesarean birth history is not the absolute indication for the second-time caesarean birth. If there is no caesarean birth indication, the vaginal delivery should be tried. The vaginal delivery can reduce the complications and the pain caused by the second-time caesarean birth operation.
