Abstract
Mathematical model for heat conduction of steel plate was built on roller-type quenching machine based on analyzing heat transfer theory of steel plate quenching process.The computational domain and governing equation were scattered by the outside node method and finite difference method,respectively.Simulation on temperature field of steel plate during quenching process was done by programming using VB net language.The results show that the quenching machine secondary control system can be built based on the quenching process mathematical model of steel plate heat conduction.
