Abstract
Reasonable capital structure will help perfect the corporate governance structure, standardize the behavior of enterprises, and improve enterprise value. By analyzing the status quo of capital structure of listed companies in China, seeking its shortcomings and reasons , this thesis puts forwards some suggestion on improving capital structure of listed companies in China.
