Abstract
RNA interference(RNAi) refers to the gene silencing phenomenon induced by double-stranded RNAs.Its realization is mainly through nuclease incising dsRNA into 21-23 nucleotide,which is a small interfering RNA(siRNA),and siRNA mediates to recognize RNAi and target to homology mRNA.At present,RNAi technology was widely used in the research of gene function and gene therapy and other fields.RNAi technology was so hopeful as to become a powerful tool for gene function analysis in the post-genome era.
