Abstract

A highly sensitive Chemiluminesence(CL) system for the determination of vitamin B6 with reverse flow-injection analysis is proposed based on the enhancement of CL reaction of KlO4 with Luminol. The relationship between the CL intensity and the concentration of vitamin B6 is linear in the range of 5.0×10-8~1.0×10-5 g/mL. The relative standard deviation is 1.5% (n=11,c=5.0×10-6 g/mL).The detection limit of penfluridol is 1.3×10-8 g/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of vitamin B6 in tablet and injections with satisfactory results.
