Abstract

A community is a cell of society and a harmonious community is the foundation and prerequisite for the construction of harmonious society.Party's construction in a community is the core of building a harmonious community and therefore thinking is to be innovated continuously on party's construction in a community as are the setting of organization and carriers of activities so as to provide solid support for promoting the construction of harmonious community through providing a strong political,ideological and organizational guarantee solid support for party's construction in a community.
