Abstract

General speaking,Tort liability is based on the certain person who violates other people rights.On the other words,the person is not only tort violation but also tort liability.But in some context,tort violation and tort liability are separated.The article 34 of The tort law of People Republic of China says that workers of union have damaged other people rights because of work,unions should carry on liability.
