Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine on intubation reaction. Methods Sixty gynecological patients underwent laparoscopy were divided into two groups randomLy: dexmedetomidine group and control group. The patients in dexmedetomidine group were administrated with dexmedetomidine, midazolam, fentanyl, atracurium and propofol for anesthesia induction. The patients in control group were administrated with midazolam, fentanyl, atracurium and propofol for anesthesia induction. Results The MAP and HR of during tracheal intubation,1 minutes after tracheal intubation and 3 minutes after tracheal intubation in dexmedetomidine group were lower than those in control group(P 0.05).The incidence of hypotension in dexmedetomidine group was not significantly different from it in control group(P0.05). The incidence of bradycardia in dexmedetomidine group was higher than it in control group(P0.05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can depress intubation reaction and has not serious adverse reaction.
