Abstract
The contents of manganese and magnesium in honey were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The samples were pretreated by acid digestion method and acid extraction method. The possibility of acid extraction method for the rapid determination of manganese and magnesium in honey was evaluated. The experiment indicated that the obtained results of the two pre-treatment methods were in good agreement with each other. The RSDs of acid extraction method for manganese and magnesium were 2.74%—3.47% and 1.65%—1.69%,respectively.The recoveries of the method were 98.0% for manganese and 97.4% for magnesium, respectively.
