Abstract

Many people at home or from overseas are paying close attention to the development of the web opinion,including the human flesh search engine.As the cyber mobs,the web opinion is thrown into a dilemma.According to Habermas′ theory of public sphere and public opinion,the web opinion is not belonging to public opinion.The web opinion has some characters of the non-public opinion.We can see a consequence of populism by analyzed these characters.
