Abstract
In the development of China's mobile communication industry from monopoly management to oligarchic,market competition behaviors have varied.This paper analysed the market competition structures of China's mobile communication industry by using economic and game theory to study the industry's competition behaviors in different competitive structures.It is suggested that mobile communication industry should use non-price competition methods to practice variance marketing strategies.The mobile communication industry should transform price competition into diversified competition such as production variance,quality and service variance.Then the brand strategy is put forward.
