Abstract

Millisecond blasting has been widely used in engineering practice, but the mechanism of this technique is still not very clear and no accurate research production has been obtained by now.And therefore,at present, the calculation of the delay time of millisecond blasting is more made for obtaining better blasting effect.Based on the theory that the interference of seismic waves each other has a function of vibration reduction, the paper studied the delay time and proposed reasonable calculating methods. The result was confirmed by tests on site through using the method of wavelet energy-transform to recognize the delay time of detonators. The paper laid a theoretical base for the control of blasting vibration in millisecond blasting engineering.
