Abstract
Deepening higher education reformation,optimizing special discipline structure and talented person training model become the times subject of promoting higher education.There are several expressions on the necessity of setting up humanities discipline for higher education.It is to meet the urgent need for promoting the quality education and deepening the new course re- formation.It is a reasonal selection for deepening higher teacher-training educational reformation and optimizing special disci- pline structure.It is a logical location for serving local economy and developing humanities utilities.It is a necessary measure for building harmonious society and carrying forward the humanities spirit.
