A summary of the study on the academic idea of Liu Shipei

In recent years much has been done in the research in the school of the quintessence of Chinese culture and Liu Shipei,especially in his academic history.However,little attention has been focused on the successive relationship between his family_transmitted knowledge and his own learning and even less has been done in the research in his relation with Yangzhou School and the real academic origin. Futher study of Liu should be focused on his fierce mentality and sensitive soul as a poet and his learning's going beyond politics so that we can grasp his mental changes and the inner cause of his dilemma between politics and learning.
