Clinical Experience of Laparoscopic Surgery for Colorectal Cancer

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and complications of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 30 patients underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results: There was no perioperative death.Three cases(10%) were converted to laparotomy.Complications occurred in 4 cases(13.3%).Conclusions: The keys for the success of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery are rigorous preoperative assessment and skilled surgical techniques,as well as the ability to dispose of accidents.
